Studio Policies & Customer Care
1. Photo Privacy & Confidentiality Guarantee
At Tasveer by Prince Studio, your personal and family photos are strictly confidential. Uploaded customer files are used solely for the purpose of printing your physical order. We never publish, share, or sell customer personal photos without explicit written permission.
2. 100% Zero Transit Damage Warranty
Every frame is encased in custom foam padding and reinforced outer crating boxes. If your frame arrives damaged or defective in any way, send an unboxing photo to orders@princestudio.in or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt, and we will remake and dispatch a fresh replacement free of charge.
3. Cancellation & Return Policy
Because all frames are custom-printed and precision-cut to your custom image dimensions, orders cannot be cancelled once printing production begins (typically within 12 hours of order placement).
